노오븐 프라이팬빵, 프라이팬 모닝빵


Hello, It’s ddulgi~!! Today, I bring the dinner roll recipe without using oven. Let’s start! Bread flour 300g Use the flour and butter stayed at the room temperature, and the milk need to be warm a little bit. Sugar 20g + Dry yeast 3g + Salt 3g Be careful not to mix directly each salt, sugar, and yeast Milk 230ml The dough was too stiff, so I added some milk. (I included this amount at the recipe) It’s hard to knead dough. I didn’t even notice I made groan sound. 😀 Butter 22g When the dough is smooth and elastic enough, add butter and knead again. If the dough is getting dry, add some water and keep kneading. When you can see your fingerprint through stretched thin dough, it’s really good work. But I was exhausted, so I finished at when I can see my fingers. Cover and ferment for 50 minutes until getting rise about 3 times size. When you poke the dough with floured finger, and the hole is still there, it has been fermented well. Remove the air in the dough. Divide into each 70g and shape to a circle. Cover the dough with wet cloth for preventing dry. Crumple the parchment paper and cover it on pan. Cover the pan and cook on the low heat for 20 seconds. Then, turn off the heat and ferment for 40 minute. After the second fermentation, the dough rose up more than before. Light up the burner and turn to lowest heat. and cover the pan and cook for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes, cover the parchment paper and turn the bread over. Then, cover the pan and cook for 6 minutes again with lowest heat. After 6 minutes, it’s baked like this! Turn off the burner and let cook over remaining heat for 10 minutes. It’s done~!! It is well cooked ! Eating bread with hands feel like more tasty! It stretches well! It tastes just like a normal Dinner Roll. 😀 If you don’t have an oven, just try it. and thank you for watching~! 😀
