3 Quick & Light Dinner Recipes | Paneer Pulav, Sattu Parantha, Moong Dal | CookWithNisha


We need to have something healthy in dinner after working all day long which should enriched with protein and carbohydrate So today I am gonna share with you three dinner recipes which filled with nutrition along with this you can easily make them do LIKE & SHARE this video also SUBSCRIBE to my channel ‘CookWithNisha” so lets get started so first we gonna make Paneer Pulao so for this soak rice after washing them twice heat oil in a pan fry the paneer cubes till they turn golden brown likewise fry all the paneer cubes and then keep them in a plate to make them healthy add salt water and boil soya chunks in this these are the rich source of protein turn the gas off after the first boil then strain the water and keep them aside heat clarified butter( ghee) in a pressure cooker once heated add tez patta, black pepper, & black cardamom now add rice after strain all the water from it now roast these rice well for about 2 mins on medium flame now add that soya chunks and mix well here you notice a slight change in colour now add salt as per taste and 1/2 tsp garam masala if you want you can skip garam masala but garam masala aid taste in it now add water in it and then add that fried paneer cubes and mix well and cover the lid and cook them till the first whistle comes after that turn off the gas flame and remove the pressure regulator to release the pressure and then open the lid you can serve this Pulao in dinner with pickle, chutney or curd next recipe is Moong dal Moong dal is a rich source of protein for this rinse moong dal twice with clean water if you’ve taken 1 cup then you need to boil 6 cup of water then add moong dal once water gets boiled now allow it to cook when it gets boiled then add salt as per taste 1/2 tsp of red chilly powder 1/4 tsp of turmeric to make it more healthy I am adding these fine chopped beans in it now cover it half like this and allow it to cook 10 mins more after 10 mins turn off the gas flame now we gonna fry it for this heat ghee in a pan then add cumin seeds then add fine chopped garlic and green chilly now pour this in boiled dal how easy and quickly we’ve cooked this moong dal serve it with bread and salad third recipe is Sattu ke Paranthe so for this knead the dough so first add oil and salt then knead the dough we need to keep the dough soft sattu a complete food enriched with protein, fibre, calcium, iron, magnesium dough is ready her now allow it to set for 15 minutes meanwhile we’ll prepare its stuffing for this we need Sattu now add chopped green chilly, grated ginger, fresh onion(optional), coriander coarsely grounder dry coriander and cumin seeds powder to aid a bit sour taste add lemon juice now add mustard oil then mix well after mixing add some water now add salt as per taste need to keep the consistency like this stuffing is ready knead it again now make balls with the dough now spread it a bit with a roller now fill the stuffing like this now spread it with a roller now heat the pan once heated put that stuffed parantha on it then flip it spread the ghee over it and roast it well from both the sides its done so take out in a plate likewise cook all the paranthas this recipe is famous in Bihar you can serve these with pickle, sauce or curd so these are the three dinner recipes share your feedback in the comment section will see you in my next video till then
