I have taken bell peppers, cucumbers, and carrots all julienned I’ve also taken Hummus, the link to its recipe is down below in the description olive oil and paprika powder/deggi red chilli powder pour some hummus in any shot glass and pour olive oil sprinkle paprika powder and decorate the salads like so, we’re done! I have here washed lettuce leaves chopped mangoes, make sure they’re not too sweet, but a little sour! chopped cucumber shredded carrots, lemon, Paneer/Tofu cut into small cubes salt, lightly roasted sesame seeds, olive oil, paprika, and honey add all of these to a bowl add salt to taste, sesame seeds some olive oil paprika powder and a little bit of honey you can moderate the spices as per your taste now mix them and then place some on the lettuce leaf, sprinkle some sesame seeds and done! okay time for papad tacos! I’ve taken washed and chopped green coriander chopped carrots, onions and boiled corn bell peppers, salt and paprika powder add the corn, onions, bell peppers, carrots and coriander leaves to a bowl salt, paprika (or red chilli powder) lemon juice mix well for the tacos you can use masala papad or plain papad You can toast it on a pan or microwave it once ready from both sides, immediately take off the heat and fold into halves like this this is how you get papad tacos stuff them with the filling we prepared a while ago and serve! I have cracker biscuits cheddar/mozzarella cheese slice that I’ve cut out to the biscuit’s shape chopped olives, corn, bell peppers, onions pizza sauce, pizza seasoning or any other seasoning that you have, and chilli flakes place the cheese on top of the biscuit spread pizza sauce and veggies of your choice sprinkle seasoning and red chilli flakes pizza crackers are ready to serve! I’ve taken some bread butter, garlic cheese spread bell peppers, corn, garlic herb seasoning, italian seasoning, black pepper powder, salt onion now we’ll add cream cheese spread You can use mayonnaise as well add chopped veggies very little salt since the cheese already has salt black pepper powder, and seasoning you can skip the seasoning in case you don’t have it mix well cut out circles out of the bread through any bottle cap(big) or cookie cutter and toast them, you can make this without toasting as well spread some butter and then our cheese filling last but not least, cucumber rolls peel off the outer skin of a cucumber once or twice and peel out slices from within and now spread the cream cheese a little bit of mint chutney(mint sauce/hari chutney) or any dip of your choice roll sprinkle sesame seeds they look so beautiful! so these were some easy savoury snacks now time for sweets! we’ll need soft dates semi sweet choco chips or any chocolate almonds/cashews/nuts of your choice(roasted) deseed the dates fill the cavity with the dry fruits cover them up once again melt the chocolate in the microwave dip those stuffed dates into the chocolate and with the help of a spoon or fork fully immerse them in the chocolate shake off the excess and lie into a plate with butter paper refrigerate for 15-20 minutes and that’s it, date with chocolate is ready to serve! i’ve taken bananas, peanut butter chocolate, colourful sprinkes and crushed digestive biscuits slice the bananas spread peanut butter on one slice use another slice to cover it you can use nutella or caramel if you don’t like peanut butter refrigerate these “banana sandwiches” for 15-20 minutes melt the chocolate dip the banana sandwiches into the melted chocolate with the help of a toothpick make sure they coat well sprinkle some crushed biscuits or colourful sprinkles refrigerate again to let it get settled for 15-20 minutes I hope you enjoyed these recipes and will be using them for your next party/get together please do connect with me on my social media and share pictures with the anyone can cook family! and in case you haven’t subscribed, then please do so, its free!
