Hello let’s roast Turkey one turkey, whole or Crown it took two hours to roast to make sauce: 1 onion 2 stems of celery, Streaky bacon is optional to serve chicken stock 400 ml salt and pepper olive oil 100 ml garlic 4-5 flakes, white flour & lemon juice 3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp, water as required preheat the oven to 190 c apply salt and pepper powder wrap it with the aluminum foil transfer it to the oven roast for 1 hour 45 minutes, turning upside once lift the rack and add celery & chopped onion, 100 ml of chicken stock transfer the tray back to the oven for 15 minutes add the roasted veg and juice in a heated pan add garlic add 2 Tbsp of worcestershire sauce add mixture of white flour and cold water add chicken stock add lemon juice check for taste make the thin consistency slice the roasted Turkey Ready to serve with Brussels sprouts, Streaky bacon with Yorkshire pudding Wish You all Merry Christmas Thanks for watching, and please “Subscribe & give Thumbs Up”, if you have not done so, also Spread the word “Jevon Randh” Recipes.
