Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month w/ Dora & Boots! ๐ŸŽ‰ | Nick Jr.

¡Vamanos!
Let’s go! Near and far, let’s learn about people,
places and cultures world-wide! This is Dara Torres. Dara loves to swim. She swims back and forth
in long swimming pools. She can swim super fast! ¡Muy rapido! Dara goes to the Olympics
and she races other swimmers. Look, she’s winning! Dara has 15 Olympic medals! Some are bronze, some are silver
and lots are gold! Splash! She’s back in the pool. Go, Dara! This is Ellen Ochoa. She is an astronaut. She flies into outer space
in rocket ships. When Ellen is in space, she floats! Ellen’s rocket ship has a big robot arm
that picks up really heavy things, and it’s Ellen’s job
to make the robot arm move. But do you know
what else Ellen likes to do? She likes to play the flute. ¡Tres, dos, uno! Blast off! This is Narcís Monturiol. Narcís was a really smart inventor. He invented a cool submarine
called the Ictineo. That means fish ship. Narcís drove the submarine really far
under water to see coral and fish but his legs
got really tired from pedaling. So he built a special engine
to make it go. Then Narcís could drive his submarine
and his legs never got tired again. ¡Que listo! That was a smart idea! This is Tito Puente. Tito was a musician. He made Mambo music. Tito played piano, claves and saxophone,
and the timbales! Tito made mambo music with his hands. ¡Escuchen! Listen! See these trophies? Tito won trophies because his music
sounded so good! Tito was called El Rey,
that means King. He was the king of Latin music. Now we can set up
the instruments for the music class! The instruments? The instruments! Where are the instruments? Where did we put
la maestra’s instruments? In Backpack, right! Will you check my backpack
to find la maestra’s instruments? You have to say Backpack! Say Backpack! ♪ Backpack, Backpack
Backpack, Backpack ♪ Yeah! ¡Hola, chicos! ¡Rapido! We need all of maestra’s instruments! ¿Donde estan los instrumentos? ¡Excelente! Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum! ¡Delicioso! I hear mis estudiantes! Here they come! Let’s sing to them as they arrive. Boots, you can lead the band! Really? Cool! Are you ready to sing the Hola Hola song? Sing after me! [cheering] ♪ Say hola hola ♪ ♪ Hola hola
