Celebrating the Holidays at UVA

[MUSIC PLAYING] Busy streets, and yellow twinkling lights
Falling snow, your hand inside of mine there’s a place that I’d like you to go
with me, if you don’t mind Where the memories are tinted gold and the
doorways topped with mistletoe I don’t know what you’re doing this December,
but I’d like to take you home Grab a couple tickets, for the midnight train
before you know it, we’ll be home again So hold me close and let it snow I don’t know what you’re doing this December,
but I’d like to take you home There’s something in the air, this time
of year Brotherhood, forgiveness, and good cheer But the holidays wouldn’t be the same without
you dear Cause when you’re near me, I don’t feel
the cold So hold me close and let it snow I don’t know what you’re doing this December
But I’d like to take you home Pencil me in for December, cause I’d like
to take you home

  1. What a beautiful holiday video! Brought tears to my eyes. I attended the University of Virginia for undergrad from 2007 to 2011 as an international student. It's been ten years since I first came to the States for college, but looking back to this past decade in a foreign country, my time at UVa as an international student was incredibly formative with lots of mixed feelings and experiences that shape how I view the world and this country today. The scene of the international student thanksgiving dinner really struck a chord. And the music was so beautiful too. Well done my alma mater!

  2. Congratulations on yet another beautiful holiday greeting video! Thought you would like to know that it made the top ten higher ed holiday videos of 2017, in the Ten with Ken countdown this week! https://youtu.be/g1KhnHCqMqw
