Celebration of Service Honors Long-Time Bemidji Chamber Employees


>>>FAMILY, FRIENDS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS GATHERED TODAY FOR A CELEBRATION SERVICE HONORING TWO LONG-TERM BEMIDJI CHAMBER EMPLOYEES. ON JANUARY 16TH, THE BEMIDJI CHAMBER ANNOUNCED SIGNIFICANT CHANGES THAT WOULD BE TAKING PLACES SUCH AS LOCATION AND THE DISCONTINUATION OF STAFFING AT THE TOURIST INFORMATION CENTER. CAROL OLSON HAS BEEN EMPLOYED WITH THE BEMIDJI AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR 34 YEARS AND WORKED AS THE TOURIST INFORMATION CENTER MANAGER. DEAN BEETEE ALSO WORKED AT THE TOURIST INFORMATION CENTER AND SERVED WITH THE CHAMBER FOR SEVEN YEARS.>>I THINK WHAT I WOULD HAVE TO SAY IS THAT I’M REALLY GLAD THAT EVERYBODY HAS SHOWN UP HERE TO SHOW THAT I GUESS I DID AN OKAY JOB.
