Cheese Dinner Rolls


250g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour. 1 tsp of instant dry yeast. 1 tbsp of sugar. 125ml (1/2 cup) of warm milk. 1 egg. 1 sprig of spring onion. 3 tbsp of butter, melted. 3/4 tsp of salt Mix until smooth. Cover for 90 minutes. Divide into 8 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, spring onion, salami/smoked beef, etc. Flatten the dough into thin long, fill with cheese mixture. Roll up Repeat the process once again for each dough Put on the baking tray & cover for 30 minutes Apply egg yolk Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C preheated oven
