Hi everyone, this time I’m going to share my super soft and fluffy dinner rolls recipe If you like soft bread, this recipe is for you The texture of this bread is super soft and fluffy, even though I don’t add any egg to the recipe So, this bread is suitable for someone who has egg intolerance Watch this video until the-end so you can make your own homemade dinner rolls So, let’s get started! Prepare a mixing bowl Put the bowl in the stand mixer, use a hook attachment and knead on low speed You can knead the dough manually, using hands Knead until the dough isn’t sticking on the sides of the bowl anymore Turn off the mixer and add salt You can replace sea salt with table salt as well Knead again the dough on low speed Add butter little by little Increase the speed to medium level And knead the dough until it’s smooth and elastic Do the window pane test first to make sure the dough is ready It’s ready! Brush the bowl with oil Round the dough Cover the bowl with a cling wrap or damp towel and let it rest for about 1-1.5 hours or until double in size. Please refer to your room temperature Punch the dough gently to release gas Divide the dough into 16 piece equal parts Shape each dough into a ball form Put the dough in the pan that has lined with parchment paper Cover the pan with a damp towel for about 15-30 minutes, for a second proofing Brush the surface with milk Bake in the pre-heated oven at 180 degrees Celcius for 18 minutes. Please refer to your own oven Take out the bread directly from the pan and put it in the cooling rack Brush the surface with melted butter The dinner rolls are ready.
