Pause to view Ingredients listed in the video description as well Lets prepare the vegetables we need for this Add all of these to a bowl Lets take 1/2 to 3/4 cup of cooked rice Make sure its dry (Refridgerated or a day old works perfect Check if the pan is hot enough by adding a drop of egg mixture Then add the remaining and scramble with salt and pepper Once cooked put it back to the bowl Clean the pan with a clean towel Add onions and garlic and cook till they are soft Season and add all the spices Add the scrambled eggs back to the pan
