  1. I tried with minced garlic and cilantro leaves as alternatives. It was a hit in our family. We never expected this much awesome result and was worried about the loose dough. Tried the simplest of your recipe. Will try others soon. Keep your creative work going, Ninik.

  2. I've made these a couple times now, but mine are turning out heavy… I can't get the consistency of the dough like it is at 1:38 – always seems to be dryer – even tried a little extra milk at the beginning but came out the same… Does the flour need to be sifted? Can you add more liquid to the dough after it's combined or is that going to be a mess?

  3. Hi yr recipe is very useful for me. But I dont have electric dough mixture. If I use my hands how long should I knead the dough ? Pls reply.

  4. The bread looked so enticing on the video. Tried it n loved the texture n look. I added sauteed fresh minced garlic instead. Think that was not a good idea as it had a burnt bitter aftertaste on the crust. Will definitely try again, thanks!

  5. I made my first batch of yeast rolls today, took me forever to get the nerve up. I used the rapid yeast. They turned out great, except one thing. They browned on the bottom, but not the top. I think it may have been, I forgot the egg wash before baking them. Now I feel I can do it right next time. And next time, I'm doing these. They look soooo YUUUMMY 😋❗👍👍👍.

  6. I made this today. It was easy and it came out beautiful. I’m serving it for dinner. I was trying to post a picture because it was beautiful but it would not allow me to. Thank you for this recipe.😁

  7. This recipe is super delicious and fluffy and chewy and smooth OMG! I'M SO GLAD I FOUND YOU… I make this today the double recipe and I was so patience with the sticky dough.. But it's all worth it

Neither of them knows how to bake bread. I am 71 years old and just learning. When they want fresh bread, they call on me. Thank you so very much.

  12. Those piece of dreams rolls s2 are absolutely fabulous.
Can I use water instead of milk? or would it screw the recipe? Thank you!

  13. I can literally taste the garlic looking at the video. So intense so alive. Wow i will try but with cheese perhaps 🤔

  14. I would sugest adding some baking soda, more sugar, and more butter. They were quite dry and needed to be more fluffy. Still ok though, would also not use shallot. just garlic butter and parsley.

  15. Ahh the music was Soo soothing and video was straight to the point excellent video will be making these thanks for a good recipe 😉😊😊😊😊😊

  16. They look great! Can I ask if you have to use sugar? Also, can you suggest an egg substitute? I eat egg but some family members don’t, so I’d like to try eggless, too.
