How to Make a Pom Pom Tulle Banner – PomPom Decoration

Hey I’m Sarah Wolfe from Today I’ll show you how to make pom-pom decorations out of tulle.
I’m using three inch wide tulle for mine, but you can also use six inch wide tulle.
I love these large pom-pom makers. This one is from Clover. Yo begin take one end
of your tool and wrap it around one side of the pom-pom maker. I did 55 wraps. Then close the pom-pom maker. Open the other side and wrap the tulle around 55 times
and then close that end as well. Take your scissors and in the groove of
the pom-pom maker insert your scissors and cut the tulle. Now it’s time to decide
if you want all your pom-poms connected for a banner or if you just want to make
a single tulle pom-pom. Use 12 inches of yarn for a single pom-pom and 36 inches
or more for a banner. I’ll show the banner one first. Wrap the yarn in the
groove of the pom-pom maker tie and knot it securely. Open up the pom-pom maker
sides like this then pull it apart to release the pom-pom. Trim it a bit if
needed. And here’s the finished pom-pom with an extra long tail to connect more
pom-poms. For your next pom-pom on the banner use the same yarn to tie and knot
the second pom-pom. Be sure to knot it twice to make it secure. Pull it apart.
And now you have two pom poms on the same strand. Now if you wanted to make
just a single pom pom all you have to do is use a 12 inch strand of yarn instead
to tie a knot it. Then cut the strand off. Aren’t these cute? Please like and
