Mark Wahlberg’s Mysterious Dinner Guest

Now you talk about your past, and you did
have quite a past when you were young.>>Yes.>>You’ve mended your ways. But your oldest is 13?>>Yes.>>And she is a good girl?>>Yes, she is a good girl. But she’s a girl. So, there’s a difference, right? She’s got like, she’s dying her hair. There’s my little baby girl. She’s dying her hair, she’s like-
>>What color is it? It’s just blue from here down.>>Uh-huh.
>>[LAUGH]>>But fake nose ring, and this musical.ly thing is out of control,
because we’ll be having dinner. And I had a very successful friend
who was there, she’s a big fan. We invited him over for dinner.>>Who is it?>>I can’t tell you yet.>>Come on.
>>So all she’s doing is this, the heart beat, the love sign,
into the phone. I’m like you’re just recording lip
syncing these musical.ly things.>>Very popular.>>All day long.>>Who was it? [LAUGH]
>>It’s a young man.>>Singer?>>Yes who’s been here before.>>And he’s a very nice young man. Canadian fellow. But, and she liked him a lot when she
was younger, turned on him completely.>>Well a lot of people did.>>And then came back with a vengeance,
like Dad, that’s gonna be my husband. I said over my dead body.>>[LAUGH]
>>Actually, over both of your dead bodies.>>Uh-huh.>>I’ll just go back to jail. [LAUGH] But then, not a word. Just-
>>Justin Bieber is sitting there. [LAUGH]
>>And yet, you don’t.>>I didn’t say [INAUDIBLE]
>>I know he didn’t say->>And she didn’t even care that
Justin Bieber was there?>>Could have been Bryan Adams.>>[LAUGH]
>>I think, [LAUGH] maybe Bryan Adams.>>[LAUGH]
>>I think Drake is a little too old for her, so I’m gonna pass on Drake. I think it’s Justin Bieber.>>What about The Weeknd?>>The Weeknd,
my second guess was Weeknd. It’s him.>>Some other Canadian [INAUDIBLE]
>>No, but I think it is Justin Bieber. What did he have on? [LAUGH]
>>Why was he there?>>I think he
>>Are you gonna work together?>>Maybe.>>That’s what you’re-
>>I am not gonna be recording any music, that’s for sure.>>But you’ll work with him.>>I did threaten my daughter that
I was gonna join musical.ly just to embarrass her. And she was completely appalled.>>That’s Mark Wahlberg.>>[APPLAUSE]
>>In Patriot’s Day. I have to be honest, I wanted to watch
it because you were on the show. I wanted to watch it for
because I thought it was important. But I was really scared to watch it, I
thought it was gonna be too hard to watch. It’s done really really well. And you learn so
many things that I had forgotten about, that they were on their way
to New York after that. And the guy in the car
that they kidnapped. And like, there are just other
little things that you go, yeah. And it’s done really well.>>Well, thank you. It’s one of those things where It
obviously was this horrific tragedy, but so much hope and inspiration came from it. And even when showing the movie in Boston,
I knew it would be extremely emotional. But the strength and resilience that my
community showed, and the amount of love, and positivity that comes from this movie,
it’s really, really inspiring. And we live in a world,
where, unfortunately, a lot of bad things are happening. But there’s so much more good,
and good will always win, and love will always conquer so
>>[APPLAUSE] that message needs to get out there
>>Yes it will.>>But also the story
>>Cause you think you know, you see on the news. But to see how heroic Danny Lang was,
and to really get to know Patrick and Jess, and all of these people and really
understand what happened, and what it took to kind of bring these guys down and,
if you, we’re really nice people. But if you mess with us it’s a problem. And good is always gonna win.>>Yeah and Boston is such a great city. It’s a community. It’s like most cities, there is a bond. But Boston strong is a a real statement. And, that shootout that happened. That you go, my god, cuz Portia was like,
did it really come to that. And it did.
It was that much of a shootout, right?>>Yeah, and it was in a very small town. I mean, these guys had pipe bombs and
pressure cookers, and they were planning to going to New York,
to Times Square to attack New York. And got into a gun fight in a very
small neighborhood on very small street with guys, police officers who never
fired a weapon in line of duty. It was scary stuff.>>Yeah.
It was amazing. It was so well handled, for
the policemen and everyone involved. But the story line was so
well handled by you.>>It was my hometown and it needed to
be handled with sensitivity and respect. And I’ve always been
proud to be a Bostonian, mostly because of our great
sports accomplishments. But to see man and women from all walks of
life step up, and redefine the term hero, it really made me proud to be a Bostonian,
in a way that I have never felt before.>>You should be.
You should be.>>[APPLAUSE]
>>You did a great job. Thanks.
Patriots Day is playing in select theaters.>>[APPLAUSE]
>>And select cities now, it opens everywhere Friday,
we’ll be back.

  1. Look. Marky Mark seems funny and cool and like a real neat dude to hang out with.
But he's not handsome. Stop lowering the bar. The guy looks like he got hit in the face with a shovel.
And no, I'm not saying I'm any better. But I also don't go around expecting to be called handsome.

  2. So annoying people keep going with the same racist story bs. The guy has obviously changed and grown a lot.. he was a kid then but a man now. Not acknowledging his growth and judging him makes u no better. People can change. If God forgives us everyday who are we not to? Also get your facts straight the man was blinded in war not by him

  4. He talked about making a movie with Bieber years ago on The Graham Norton Show, I think it's probably only happening now!

  5. Two hate crime + one assaulting his neighbor. He severed 45 days out of the 2 year sentencing yeah. White privilege at its finest. lol glad you didnt get pardon. lol funny i Bet if Ellen was younger and saw him, her bitch ass would've gotten chased and thrown rocks at.

  6. Hey remember when Marky Mark assaulted and nearly fucking murdered that guy cause he was Asian. Oh yeah and when he threw rocks and black kids cause they were black. And that other time when he beat up a security guard. And also when he stole cars and freebased cocaine. Yeah good times. Why do we celebrate this fuckward again?

  7. There are a lot talented Canadian singers in fact the most successful ones are from Canada so its definitely either Shawn Mendes or theweekend

  8. The first incident occurred when Mark Wahlberg was 15 years old. He had already been hooked on cocaine and other drugs since the beginning of his teens. I imagine it is a time in a person's life when he is energetic and mischievous. Though, I have to wonder about the extremity of Mark's crimes at this age.The assault occurred over a period of two days. Mark and his gang seemed a bit transfixed on attacking a group of black school children whom they stalked and attacked verbally and physically. On June 15, 1986 Mark and three other teenagers approached 12-year-old Jesse Coleman and his older brother and sister as they were walking home. The group chased the group of black school children on their bikes; one of the assailants told the children, "We don't like black ni–ers in the area so get the f–k away from the area!"The group continued to chase the children on their mopeds, yelling, "Kill the ni–ers! Kill the ni–ers!" Each one of Mark's little gang threw rocks at their victims. By the time the children reached Burger King, Mark and the rest of the bullies turned and left; I'm assuming they didn't want their actions witnessed in a business area where they'd easily be spotted. The next day, while Jesse Coleman was on a field trip to the beach with his class, Mark and his gang followed the group to the beach. As the group was returning from the field trip, Mark's group began yelling racial slurs at the children; Mark and his friends summoned more to join him and they threw rocks at the children, one hitting a black girl and another hitting a white girl. The teacher was able to get an ambulance there and the attackers ran away.Nearly two years later, on April 8, 1988, Mark decided to turn his hatred towards Asians. Thanh Lam, while carrying two cases of beer from his car to his home, was struck by a large wooden stick wielded by Mark Wahlberg; Mark, at this time, called Thanh a "Vietnam fu–ing sh-t!" The blow knocked the man out.Mark and two others left the scene. Mark then ran into another Vietnamese man named Hoa Trinh; at first asking the man for help in hiding from the police, when police came along, Wahlberg punched the man in the eye, knocking him to the ground; Trinh ended up losing that eye. While in police custody, Mark continued to refer to "Slant-eyed g–ks" and other such slurs. All of this is a matter of public record and Wahlberg admits to these incidents openly. For the last crime, Wahlberg was sentenced to two years in prison, but served 45 days and was released.

  10. That annoys me because she says she likes him but sits there doing musical.lys but people like me that have never stopped loving him don't get to have that chance 🤔😤😞❤

  11. I love Mark Wahlburg's acting when he plays serious roles, but he really shouldn't act in comedies. I just don't see him as a comedian. It would be like having Chris Farley play the President…wait. nvm.

  12. CAN'T BELIEVE WE SOCIETY HAVE PERMITTED THIS WHITE TRASH PIECE OF SHIT BE WHO HE IS TODAY, DID YOU KNOW YEARS AGO THIS PIECE OF SHIT COMMITTED 2 HATE CRIMES ONE AGAINST BLACKS AND ANOTHER AGAINST VIETNAMESE PUTTING ONE PARTIALLY BLIND?

  13. lmao so justin i remember when he said that he set up a call for her with justin and he was on the line n she said i dont like him anymore or something to that effect lol

  14. The older he gets, the more handsome he is…hilarious, humble and…and…oh the man is just totally yummy
