Lettuce wraps – Diabetic and weight Management recipe Lettuce Leaves, Cauliflower, 250 gms Minced Chicken This recipe is a low carb recipe. But has many Nutrients and vitamins Heat oil in a pan, add Jeera and fennel seeds and let it splutter. Add Chopped Garlic 2 Tbsp and saute Add Ginger and 2 Green chillies chopped and saute Add 1 chopped Onion and saute well Add Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Garam Masala, salt and mix well Add Cauliflower and mix. As the cauliflower is soaked in hot salt water, adding salt to the curry may increase Blood pressure if you are BP patient. So add salt as per your requirement Now add Minced chicken and mix with the vegetable. Cover and cook for sometime in medium flame Stir fry and cook. Add Coriander leaves, salt and cook for some more time till it becomes dry. Add 1 Tbs of Tomato sauce or a small Tomato is added while sauteing onion Garnish with Coriander leaves and let this cool Take a Lettuce leaves, keep little Minced chicken and cauliflower in the center and roll as shown in the video. Repeat with all the leaves. Lettuce Wraps are ready and this can be taken as a Dinner or even Breakfast. Lettuce wrap is a healthy recipe and try this. Post your comments, Like, share and subscribe .
