This is Immigration Attorney Parviz Malakouti. In this video, we’re talking naturalization, gonna answer a quick quick question very simply that I see pop up, which is on page 7 part 10 question 3. The question asks: “How many times have you been married?” Does that include current marriages or just past marriages? A lot of people are reading this question and interpreting this question to mean how many times have been married PREVIOUSLY? So for example, a person filling out this form has only been married one time. They are still married to that spouse. The answer is 0 or 1? The answer is 1 okay. So for that question, you do include any CURRENT marriages that you have. So obviously if you’ve been married once before you got divorced you got married again, and you’re currently married, the answer would be 2 and so on and so forth. So remember: page 7, part 10, question 3: “how many times have you been married?” Includes current marriages marriages that you are still in. That’s it for today’s tip. If you have any questions, put them in the comments. if I get enough interest, I’ll make another video on it. If you like this video, make sure to give it a like and subscribe to the channel!
