Top reasons to have your entire wedding day in one location

– Planning a wedding can be stressful. Trying to pick locations can almost feel sometimes like a nightmare. So, today I’m going to share with you some of our top tips for having a stress free wedding day
by having just one location. (upbeat music) My name is Meredith Ryncarz and I’m a wedding and
portrait photographer and today I’m excited to share with you our tips and tricks on finding the best locations for your wedding day. First and foremost, we want
you to have more photos. Ultimately, that is our goal. It should be the goal of any bride, because after all, by the
end of the wedding day, the only thing that remains is the fact that you guys are married and that you have photos. So we recommend one location for your entire wedding
day if at all possible. The first and foremost reason,
like I mentioned before, is you get more photos. Because you’re in one location, there’s less transit time. There’s less time between
the getting ready location, the ceremony location, and the reception. We’ve seen brides in the past who have lost up to an
hour or an hour and a half of photography time simply because they had made the decision to get ready in one location, drive 30-45 minutes to their ceremony location, and then another 30-45 minutes
to their reception space. That’s a lot of portrait time. It also causes a lot of stress. What if the limo’s not on time? What if everybody is
running late getting ready? What if the makeup artist just
happens to be running late? That puts everything else
in your day off kilter, which can cause stress for you, for your family, and ultimately for your entire bridal party. So to avoid that stress, again, we encourage having that one location. And I know that there’s that fear of the light may not be good, or you just have that desire to get married at your family church, and we completely understand that, but even if you feel like the light may not be good in that beautiful church, a good photographer can definitely take care of that for you. And lastly, it often costs less money to have everything in one location. You’re spending less money because you only have to pay for that venue for the whole day versus paying for a hotel room to get ready in, a ceremony space, and
lastly a reception space. It also costs less to have your vendors go to one location versus having a floral designer
who has to drop off at your hotel, at the ceremony space, and then lastly at the reception space. If you want to get more stress free tips on how to have a fabulous wedding day, make sure you hit that
play list in the screen, and of course subscribe

stress free wedding day.
