Or we can add a drop of oil to knead the dough until smooth Cover for an hour or longer time Divide into 8 Press the dough into thin circle Cut into 8. We can trim the outer circle for neat looking. Stack together Use a little stick, press the dough in the middle lengthwise. Use 2 sticks to help twisting the dough Remove the excess dough on top Use the remaining dough from trimmed and the excess to make another roll Cover 30 minutes Dab with egg Bake for 25 minutes at 190°C preheated oven. The texture is soft when it warm. Slightly hard on the outside after a few hours. Serve warm!
